A Capping valve is a chip filling control valve installed on the digester in paper making industry.
Remote control can be realized when connected to control systems. Design temperature range is 180°C -230°C. Metal to metal sealing construction assures reliable sealing performance and prevents stream leaking during cooking. Tightness class : ANSI/FCI 70.2- 2006 class V and better. The tightness will be enhanced with the rising of pressure and temperature of the digester. Safety equipment: Pressure sensor is installed on body, connectable to the locking system to prevent operation during the cooking process. Mechanical locking device is designed on the cylinder of the pneumatic actuator as second protection against operation.
